Great app and friendly to use. Love the connectivity of either direct email or across the social media etc. A picture paints a thousand words but sometimes you need that extra creative bit to inform others of the direction you are coming from. Love to see the other pixengos and hear what theyve got to say!! Enjoy.

Seems that every time I uploaded a photo to a photo sharing site, I would then have to email / text my friends to answer questions about where I was and what I was doing. With this app I can just record a message which gives the photo some context. Its awesome. I love being able to see and HEAR what other people around the planet are doing and I love it that I can also send a pixengo to just one person direct, without showing it off to everybody, if I want to. The app is very well thought out and easy to use.

Sending pixengos is simple:

1: take a new photo or use one from your iPhone’s or iPod touchs camera roll
2: record your greeting or the ambient sound (thirty second audio clip)
3: share your pixengo by Twitter or Facebook or just send direct to your friends (who get email notification).

Your pixengo is displayed in a simple web page which opens in any modern web browser – there’s nothing to install - and there’s a mobile version of the viewing page, too - which looks and sounds great on most mobile devices.

(To send the link to your pixengo only to people you select in your email notification, tap the Direct sharing only switch on the Create screen. It then will not get displayed in the World stream.)
